The following  four-generation chart shows the descendants of Herschell and Sarah Goodspeed, they being the first generation on the chart. Every name beginning with a 2) is a child of Herschell and Sarah. Every name beginning with 3) is a third generation person, and the indents show whose children they are. The same goes with names having a 4) preceding them. In cases where people married twice (see Delbert Goodspeed, for instance), I left off the second numbers in order to avoid the appearance of there being extra children.
